At Chevaux Equestrian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your order isn’t quite right, you can easily return or exchange your item through our online return portal.
1. How to start a return
You can create your return in just a few clicks through our Return Portal:

Simply enter your order number and email address to begin.
Once your return has been approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and further instructions by email.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- Your item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All tags and labels are still attached.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or makeup stains will not be accepted.
3. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size or color, simply select “Exchange” in the return portal.
As soon as we receive and process your original item, your new one will be shipped out.
4. Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return has been processed and approved, you can choose between:
- A refund to your original payment method
- Or a Chevaux Equestrian gift card / store credit for the same amount
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
Refunds and store credits are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
5. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The cost of the return label will be shown during the return process in the portal and deducted from your refund or store credit.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, Chevaux Equestrian will cover the return costs — please contact us before returning your parcel.
6. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
7. Damaged or wrong item
If you’ve received the wrong item or your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
