At Chevaux Equestrian, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently, no matter where you are in the world.
Below you’ll find all details about our shipping process.


1. Shipping Destinations

We proudly offer worldwide shipping from the Netherlands 🇳🇱.
We deliver both within Europe and internationally to most countries.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During product launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with two trusted carriers to ensure reliable and fast delivery:

  • 🚀 DHL For You
    • 📮 DPD

You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout (where available).


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery country
  • The weight and size of your order
  • The selected shipping method

💡 Free shipping is available for orders over €100 within the EU.

These are estimated delivery times provided by our carriers.
Delays due to customs or external factors may occasionally occur.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Outside EU)

United States (USA)

Orders shipped to the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) via PostNL.
This means:

  • All import duties and taxes are paid in advance by us.
  • Customers will not receive any extra fees upon delivery.

United Kingdom (UK)

Shipments to the UK may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees, depending on the order value and local regulations.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

Rest of World (outside EU & USA)

For all other international destinations, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply.
These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Chevaux Equestrian cannot control or predict these charges, please check your local customs rules before ordering.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at info@chevauxequestrian.com with your order number.
We will help you track your shipment and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping details before completing checkout.
Chevaux Equestrian is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information.
